Do I need a size tweak?

After extensive work on sizing we’ve created a standard size guide that suits a wide range of shapes and sizes we understand that there may be some dogs who don’t quite fit into it so we offer tweaking of back length and leg length free of charge. For example you may fit perfectly into an xxs but it’s not quite long enough, just pop in “add x amount to back”

To zip or not to zip? 
Zips aren’t a necessity, however they are a great addition for low mobility/arthritic dogs. Due to having giddy pups and struggling to hold them whilst zipping up, we made the decision to keep a full neck, so you pop the fleece over head, pop legs in and then a zip from neck to tail to secure the fleece in place. Care Guide

As with all pet products, nothing is indestructible, please check your item often for wear and tear and replace when necessary. After receipt of your order it is the owners responsibility to ensure the suitability of the products for pup.

Items can be washed either by hand or machine washed on a 30  

PLEASE NOTE - tweaking sizing or adding a zip then turns your item into a custom made product, please allow 14 working days for your order to be made. Returns are not accepted on custom made products. 

Ready To Ship Products : FAST DISPATCH - 1-3 working days

Custom Made Products : This includes clothing with a zip or sizes that has been tweaked - Up to 14 working days depending on how busy orders are.

Once dispatched, parcels are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2 working days 

We now accept returns on our ready to ship items, if you want to return your purchase, simply pop us a message and we will send you our returns address.

Within 14 days of us receiving your return we will then refund store credit

All items MUST still have the tags on (where applicable) and be clean and unused if your item turns up in an unsellable used state sadly we will not be able to process your refund.

We do not accept returns on any items listed as "custom made" as part of the cost with these items is the time it takes to make them. 

All sale items are final no returns accepted.
